GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Mobile home loan programs are first separated into

2 categories. Loans on leased land with space rent, called

'Chattel Loans', and Loans on real property,

called 'Fee Simple Loans',

where you own the land. Our programs are then separated further to accommodate your specific needs.

Two years of continuous employment. Other income may include, social security, court ordered child support, alimony, annuities, rentals.

550 plus credit score.

A certified appraisal and home owners insurance required with loan approval.

Mobile Home lending industry. Mobile homes built prior to this date are Pre-HUD homes. This is the date

Housing and Urban Development set in place mobile home building guide-lines. We can finance a Pre-HUD home

on land or on leased land, as old as 1960.
